She stayed in contact and was always there to answer any questions me or my family may have had about our cruise. We were having problems with the hotel and she called as soon as I text her the problem,spoke with the hotel staff and stayed on the phone until everything was corrected. Text and called 2 more times to make reservations for my trip from. San Antonio TX to Orlando FL for 3 weeks minimum with airfare, hotel and rental car.
